What's your biggest problem or frustration losing weight?
1. What's your biggest problem or frustration losing weight? Plateaus. I get discouraged every time I hit one, and I spend a few weeks floundering. I want to mentally move past this, but I haven't been able to wrap my head around it yet.

2. What have you tried so far that hasn't worked for you? Eating too few calories. It makes me binge afterward. Definitely not a good thing.

3. What's your biggest fear when it comes to losing weight? That I won't like the way I look when I reach my goal weight. I've been obese my entire life, and I'm very comfortable with my body. I'm afraid that when I get to my goal weight I'm going to have tons of dangling skin that I just can't exercise away.

4. What worries you? What are you afraid will happen if you don't do something immediately? I'm afraid that carrying around this extra 100lbs has done too much damage already. I'm afraid that I won't be able to have children if I don't get rid of it.

5. What would you be willing to do to solve or get the outcome you want? This is a tricky question. I've never wanted to submit to the surgeries out there for weight loss, so I guess its just up to me and my will power. If I can do this on my own, it will be a greater accomplishment to me personally.
