I'm up and around again after hurting my back. I haven't had much of an appetite, I think I've got a little depression (tis the season). I'm getting out, and about today, so I think that will help.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
