Hello everyone. Trying to stay motivated and focus it is getting kind of hard. I work 2 jobs, so I leave when it is still dark in the morning and get back home when it is dark. I am trying to stay prepared as far as my meals and stay motivated with exercise, plain and simple I am just tired. If anyone has any suggestions on meals(quick ones) I am open. so, far I only workout on my off days which are 2 days sometimes 3 days a week, is that enough?

You are doing your best! Keep up the effort!! Any chance you can get some walks in at your breaks? Boil some eggs and bring a hard boiled egg or two as snacks. Sandwich meat and lettuce wraps are easy and quick. Any chance you can keep a personal size blender and some protein powder at work for a quick and easy snack or meal if needed? Cheese sticks (sparingly), I precook a big batch of ground beef and bag portions smaller so they are handy to reheat with some spicy seasonings and throw in some frozen green beans for a quick meal. Stuff like that... pour through the low carb recipes and look for simple ones.

Any exercise is better than nothing. Squeeze it in where you can. Crock pot meals can be a real life saver. Cooking on Sundays and freezing some meals can also help (especially if you have a family). Some good sites for recipes: Cookinglight.com, Emilybites.com, Skinnytaste.com If it's just you, you can google "cooking for one" ideas.
