I better get my food recorded - maybe it will stop me from eating. Not really sure why I'm doing that today...I'm not really "craving" anything, I just can't seem to get satisfied!! At LEAST I didn't eat a tray of brownies or a cake, or drink like a 12 pack or anything (ahem).....lol....just kidding!!! I love picking on you guys!!
By the by - everyone's prayers and good thoughts have helped. Water went down, our sump pump has been sufficient to keep up and we MAY NOT have to pull the trailers out. The sandbagging has stopped for now, so it's all good. But if we even get another inch of rain it will be rough...We need at least a week of dry weather.
Made my own cocktail sauce today with sugar free ketchup and creamy horseradish. It was great!!! And only about 1C per 2tbsp.
So here are my totals for the day:
BREAKFAST
6 slices of bacon = 0C
LUNCH
salad greens topped with grilled chicken, cheese and tomatoes with blue cheese dressing = 10C
DINNER
6 slices of bacon = 0C
shrimp = 0C
low-carb cocktail sauce = 4C
SNACKS
sugar free pudding with sugar free whipped cream = 6C
sugar free international coffee = 2C
TOTAL = 22 (a little over...that damn sugar free pudding - and that sugar free whipped cream. I may have to never buy those again!!!)

That's not right Paige! Don't call us out like that, lol. You did great, even though you went a little over. Where are you finding sugar free ketchup? I was looking for sugar free marinara sauce and no luck. Wondering if I'm looking in the right place?

You know, kimbulie, I actually found it at WalMart. I'm not a big WalMart shopper (prefer to support local stores), but once in awhile I just have to cave in. I don't know what the deal was - I SWEAR I had looked there several times and then last week I noticed it! I have not had as good of luck with marinara - and I'd love to find it. So, let me know if you do!

I don't like going to Walmart either. I probably go a few times a year. I like you support my local grocery and if I have to, I'll go to Target. Guess I'll have to suck it up and go but not today, too crowded!
