5.5 lbs in 7 days. Yahoo! Keeping it up will be a challenge. I know i should expect 2-3 lbs a week for now but i will try for 5.
205.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
