Consistency is right, doing fine. Keep mind set and positive. We all are here for each other. We all are positive up lifting and supportive! I constantly ate and gain constantly,up to 192. Then watched carefully what I ate and exercised and it came off,over time with constant,good habits, down to 118.THEN Got depressed and ate anything and all the time until my gut was full and hurting, cholesterol up, liver enzymes up, weight up. Now time for me also, to control my life and control food instead of food controlling me. We can do this. We all can stay healthy and positive together. No matter what. That is why we are here in this together.:)
