Have been on the Wheat Belly Diet Plus for the last 10 weeks... I have lost about 15 pounds... I have been eating everything except wheat products (bread, pasta, crackers) noodles, pasta, rice or potatos... I also limit my beef meals... Eating more chicken fish.
By avoiding these things only, I have consistently lost weight.. Still need to loose another 30 so I am on my way... No turning back.
