Have been on the Wheat Belly Diet Plus for the last 10 weeks... I have lost about 15 pounds... I have been eating everything except wheat products (bread, pasta, crackers) noodles, pasta, rice or potatos...
I also limit my beef meals... Eating more chicken fish.

By avoiding these things only, I have consistently lost weight..
Still need to loose another 30 so I am on my way... No turning back.

Good to know- I've also started wheat belly but continue to eat chocolate (too much) and have not been to the gym since November. The good news is I haven't gained weight. I'm heading to the gym today to get back on the wagon. This month I will also start dinner cancelling - so I won't eat after 5 pm. I'll see if it works...
