Well, I definitely fell off the wagon at the end of the month, after hitting my goal weight. I was't happy with my body at 140, so I set a new goal of 128 and now I'm getting back on track. I'm walking more, and having a hard time getting myself to run with the races over.
My goals this month are:
1. Get to 137 lb. 2. Get my 5k time to 31 min. 3. Start weight training.
All completely do-able. I even checked with my doctor to make sure the weight goal was OK. I missed dieting, and I think calorie counting is something I need to do to feel in control.
