On the road a lot this past week, not good, but right back on it today. We have a heck of an auction line up for the end of the year, busy, busy, busy... now just to find time to get out and exercise!

still working on it, unfortunately, its like running uphill in combat boots two sizes too big, to keep this off... heh, I need to find a vacation that has only a salad bar and lots of swimming in cool pools....
