Did half my normal walking time on the elliptical yesterday, walked on the treadmill for a little bit the walked around our apt complex twice. The gym got a little crowded for me. I said I wasn't going to weigh myself until Friday, but forgot and did it anyway. That's okay though :-)
153.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
