HI,
I think I am at least getting back on track with my workouts. I am back on 2 a days which is great. I am still working on the food at my rehearsals. I am working on this reading and there is FOOD EVERYWHERE all day. Ugh, I wish it would just go away. I honestly did ok, I have a half a chicken breast sandwich and snacked on grapes every time I had an urge. I did my insanity this morning and a half hour of Zumba. So its getting better...

You're doing great, sweetie. Maybe you could bring along some celery sticks. I've decided that, when I finally work up the nerve to go into a movie theater to watch The A Team, I am going to take a package full of finely chopped celery to munch on like popcorn.

Thanks so much ladies....Well my sistah friend came this morning so I am super bloated and irritated but it will pass. Sometimes you are happy and praying it comes....then you are even happier when it goes away. Ugh..I do feel better about my lifestyle being back on track...ohh wine now that sounds like a plan.
