the past two weeks i have did poorly went out of town and fell off track did not go in the gym to work out ate a lot of fast food not alot to where i pigged out i just fell bad about the choices i made for the past two weeks, but i must say i did well over the thanksgiving holiday

I know, it's hard when we go off track (me, yesterday for instance!) but we're only human, we're not machines. Focus on the good, you did really well throughout Thanksgiving, that can't have been easy. So we pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and start all over again. Can we do it, yes we can!
