Aged 47, married with one daugher, aged 10. Work (part time) as administrator in a hospital. Mostly positive with just a sprinkling of moodiness (ahem, ask my husband about that!). Living in Ireland.

Weight creeping up and up, so felt now is the time to do something about it. Only 5'3" so need to get to around the 9st. Looking forward to having more energy, taking a smaller size in clothes and feeling healthier. Currently carrying an extra 2st. so it takes me 25 ish minutes to do my regular walking circuit. My aim is for this circuit to take me only 20 ish minutes.
