I've been away for a long time. I'm being held together by therapy and determination. Hoping to overhaul my whole life, including my diet. By my 55th birthday in December, I hope to be a lean, mean, fighting machine. Then I will treat myself to a trip to the new Star Wars hotel and park at Disney. 😎 My first hurdle though is to be able to walk up the hills around Dragon Con in September without gasping for breath. 🐉
