My keto journey begins again. I'm heading to the gym to reup. I can't deal with walking in the SC heat. May price treadmills first cause that's all I do at the gym.
264.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 104.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
