Hey -- nice change in the scale this morning! I had a really light dinner last night. Not much of a workout this AM -- just took the dog on a 20 minute walk.

197.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
