Before I really wanted to lose weight, I would just eat anything, and usually the stuff I ate was stuff I liked to eat. It's sad how when I look back, most of the stuff I liked to eat was high in carbs, and low in fiber. I still feel it's okay to eat some of that every few weeks or so, but definitely not on a daily basis.
