Still at 90 lbs...I'm keeping at about 1300 calories a day. I don't really feel hungry; I am eating more protein and fiber than I am of other carbohydrates. Still working out with the P90 program--starting the 5th week now. I think this good progress, and would be nice to maintain this weight.
90.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
