Day one of "life change"....well, at least "change of eating habits". Focused on food much of the day. Got really hungry between breakfast and lunch. I need to take lots of healthy snack choices to work that aren't perishable.
Went to the Candy Factory and walked out with some nasty fruit puree in a squeeze packet that was beyond terrible and some raspberry fizzies that are "0 calories". How can that be????
REALLY struggled with dinner and felt I had let myself down when I got a large italian sub from Mike's, but hey! I didn't order it with extra mayo like I usually do! Did my best to over-estimate the makings of the sub in my food journal.
Intend to get a bath and wash my hair tonight with Michael's help so I will be ready to hop in the pool at Thelma's tomorrow. Working until 6pm each night to make up time makes it even harder. I'm tired and I'm usually hungry.
