Starting again, and trying to get healthy. I'd like to look better, but it's absolutely imperative I feel better. I guess Thanksgiving is as good a day as any to begin yet again on a journey to health.
213.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 53.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
