Been in a stall for 5 or 6 weeks staying more or less the same weight, have been experimenting with my calorie intake and find the sweet spot for me to show a loss is 1100 cals a day, if I go over 1250 cals, I stay the the same weight, my BMI says i shoud eat 2500cals to maintain, but this is far too much for me to eat, I also do intermittent fasting whilst calorie counting and today shows a weight loss, so don't give up people, keep going and it will come eventually.
