UGH!!! I'm so frustrated that 1 bad day ruins a weeks worth of work. I did better today with my food. I will not give up.

Diet Calendar Entry for 21 June 2010:
1731 kcal Fat: 69.86g | Prot: 65.28g | Carb: 220.15g.   Breakfast: Whipped Cream, Strawberries, Coffee, White Sugar (Granulated or Lump). Lunch: Large White Bread, Pasta or Macaroni Salad with Oil and Vinegar-Type Dressing, Watermelon, Egg Salad. Dinner: meatball, Grated Parmesan & Romano Cheese, Rigatoni Pasta, Celery. Snacks/Other: hersheys chocolate fudge, ice cream, Whole Milk Fruit Variety Yogurt, Fiber Supplement, Sugar, Whole Milk, Blueberries, Blackberries. more...

Don't worry about a little gain. Especially after Saturday. It might just be water weight from all that yummy food we ate!
