Three parties this week so far and it is only Monday! My boss is leaving and I have to stand in for 2 months until the new one arrives - great fun!
Tried a new canape tonight - a slice of ham that had been put in a patty tin (muffin tin) and then filled with omlette mixture. That, to me, sounds perfect and next weekend I will be experimenting with those to see how low carb can we go - great breakfast or anytime snack.
Got a funny luck when I only ate the salmon and not the crackers!
Do I care - nope, not a jot.
feel like a gain is heading my way tomorrow - so more water!
How do you know you are in ketosis without the strips - does running to the loo 150 times a day count I wonder??
