Same old thing this is not happening fast enough, but I record everything...what I eat and my activities. We have a new kitchen scale and I'm able to measure portion more accurately. Maybe we'll see some better results!
157.6 lb Lost so far: 37.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
