I'm sort of surprised that I did stay the same. My mother is here for the labor day weekend and I had a few things I should not have had like pita bread, italian ices,peanut butter flavor but sugar free. My portions were more than they should have been, but I did drink an enormous amount of water. I guess that is what saved me. Next week will be a better week for me, b/c I will stay on track.
