STRESS!!! It can certainly add the pounds to your body. I've definitely been stressed. I have finally just now gotten a grip on things and my life and where I need it to be.
so I'm starting this process over AGAIN but this time I'm gonna stick it through. I've started to work out regulary and I'm watching what I eat. DETERMINED

I hear ya about the stress. It affects everything in your life but I am still learning that eating well, drinking as much water as I can, exercise and SLEEP are so important. I don't know many ppl that can get 7-8 hours of sleep per night but I am sure trying. It rejuvinates your body, mind and soul. Good luck to you Neka and us all.
