Family Sunday is hard to maintain a healthy eating, I had 3 glasses of wine, 2 chicken empanadas.... and here it is 0.6 up.
146.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
