Bouncing around a little bit on the diet. Still no alcohol though so that in itself is a minor victory.

I have had some back problems which have slowed me down a little plus some work events that allowed me to chow down (lots of pizza yesterday). Going on vacation Tuesday so if I get re-energized maybe I can still drop a pound or two.
