Today was weigh in day for me, and I was hoping that the scale would not be up to much as I did not stay on plan so well this past week. Well I am happy to say that I still lost 1.4 lbs. I am attributing this to the Zombies, Run! app that I downloaded thanks to another members suggestion (thank you Erin). I love this app! On the days I am suppose to take off and rest I am thinking I can't wait to do my next work out. If you are a zombie fan or just want to add a little variety and excitement to your walk/run workout this is great! Try it.
P.s this app has actually got me running I only walked briskly before.
