Big party at our place last night, band, beer, wine. Spent hours making home made pizza (mmm), and quiches, potato salad, hommous - and what did I eat - chunks of chicken! The pizza did look good but I just can't fail now! Mind you, the wine consumption was, er, a bit high! Dancing dancing dancing
But the best news of all came last night. After her mastectomy, Mum has been given the all clear - no chemo, no wig, no radiation therapy - now THAT was a good friday.

Good job on staying focused and not going there with all that food. Also that is great news about your mother. I see you are doing great on your weight loss. We have the same goals so lets get there together. Have a great weekend and congrats on having so much fun at your party and staying clear of those bad carbs. Neesee :d

Thanks Neesee - I am actually starting to feel much better in myself too with even this weight loss - but I am a bit afraid of how losing another 26lb will feel - isn't that crazy
