Flushed most of the sodium and junk out of my system. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be unbloatified.

This weekend was just a bender, and I can move on from it. One thing I'm realizing, though, is that I have to treat calories like I would money. I don't take out a loan to buy things I don't need when I don't have the money, so I shouldn't eat something that puts me over my limit and say I'll work out later for it. If I want a beer or some chocolate I can hop on the treadmill or pop in a DVD and workout for 20 minutes. Then I can have the treat, not before. If at the end of the week I see that I have over a 3500 calorie deficit, and I want some pizza (note I said some!) I can do that. I don't need to lose a pound a week anymore, and I want to learn how to stay at this weight happily. But I can't have a pizza and then promise I'll run a marathon next week. That's irresponsible and it doesn't work for me.
