Great weigh in! I lost 4 lbs last week =) Excited after losing 1 lb a day for 11 days, the 2nd week I lost ZERO! I hope my body can get used to dropping the weight and let it fly!
378.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 158.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
