Yeah, so clearly my weigh in today shows that instead of progress I have been going backwards... However, this will not suffice and I am putting my foot down... I am back on track, and trying to keep stress away from making me overeat and such, but the most important thing I know i have to do is control myself and be constantly aware of the decisions I make... I know what to do and how to do it, now Let me Get TO IT! =)
