I am working hard with a really awesome trainer. I am seeing results 10 days into it. A friend of mine is helping me out with my diet, and I am loving every thing I have made so far.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
