I'm a mindless eater also. Probably will always be. While I am not a weigher and a counter, I believe counting calories works best for me. Believe me when I tell you that I have been on EVERY diet known. To each his own. 🥂

No snacking and only planned snacks allowed is my rule

I will say I've been on a 1800 calorie plan going on 3 weeks, and have lost over 10 pounds so far. I don't feel miserable and still working out. So I feel it depends on the person and their commitment to WANTING to lose weight.

Perfect, now the trick is for you to learn to eye ball portions, for tummy to adjust to less food, for brain to adjust to less snacking...the goal is to be able to maintain weight loss

N I totally agree, only those who truly want to succeed stop playing games and take responsibility for their actions

Morgan* when I get asked by anyone if I want a snack my actomatic response is “no thank you 😊 “, most times I do want it but I already said no so it’s a done deal. It works perfect for weight loss/maintenance. No snacks or planned snacks only, if I do take the snack it replaces one of my meals/snacks depending on what it is
