Day 106: Craving are lessing now. Funny how r bodies crave things that are not even good for us. Food is very much like a drug to me. I feel like this is my AA meeting. But the letter should be FA. Or something like that. Did well today. Planned out tomorrow and it looks good to me. I stilldont wantto weigh in since I know it wont be good. I want to give my body a full week a good foods before I take that leap on to that scale.

Take your time with the scale. Cleanse your body and mind first.. taking on too much at once and adding pressure will not be good..
You can do this, stick to your plan and stay strong.

I can really relate...just went through a halloween candy chocolate orgy. I was eating even after I felt sick, some sort of weird compulsion to be self destructive. I'm now trying to figure out what is going on in my head to make me behave this way.
