Congrats! Your dr should be able to help you with your pregnancy diet to make sure you and the baby get what you need yet keep you from over eating. I gained 20# the first month and a total of 60# my first pregnancy. He said I needed to gain 20-30# so I did my best to do so in the 4 weeks before I saw him again. He laughed and said I misunderstood.. it was 20-30# the whole pregnancy. 🤦♀️

You just want to do everything "just right" for that first baby (with no experience), so I can see your enthusiasm @Peeperjj! Thanks for the laugh on yet another snowy Saturday! @Annamariefine be sure to look into regular exercise also. It will really help.
