w=32.5 Ok, done with work for summer & hadnt entered anything in awhile. been eating totally random thinking that the gardening will burn the calories. Yesterday I actually entered pretty much everything, assuming I was in the 2000 cal realm. I was OVER 3000 calories. pause to take that in. Today is June 15. 169. waist 32.5. Sherm & I have been hitting the gym couple days week for major sweat-fest. I've been gardening and walking dogs. But PIGGING OUT. I'm giving myself until the end of this month, approximately 2 weeks, to pull my crap together. If I cannot monitor my eating on my own and get my weight down to 160-ish by end of June, then I am joining Weight Watchers. I am a food addict. I'm obsessed with food and think about it all the time and eat when I'm not hungry. Lately I've simply been making no effort to even control it. I'm giving myself 2 weeks of actually trying. If I cant do it on my own, I'm going to cough up some $ and join a program for help.
