So there was alot of old crap on the graph from my last failure to lose weight , and im feeling really good about these herbalife products and this diet , so im restarting my diet so i can see a better weight loss graph and suchlike :)

Things are going really well , havent been swimming in a while but been playing squash everyday , my brother is allowed to swim again from tomorrow so from then i will be doing swimming and squash again :D more calorie burn oh yeah!

anyway hope everyones diets are going as amazingly as mine!

I did the herbalife diet about two years ago and I lost 47 lbs in like two and a half months. It is a great diet if you stick with it!! Good Luck!!!
