Fat: 60.85g | Prot: 144.82g | Carb: 175.89g.   Breakfast:  herbalife shake. Lunch:  herbalife shake. Dinner:  brocolli, carrots, cauliflower, green beans, roasted chicken breast, spinach, zucchini. Snacks/Other:  h3o, herbal aloe concentrate, herbalife protein bar, ice pop, pear, popcorn, sliced smoked chicken.
