I cut out a lot of junk food, don't eat at night anymore unless it's something really, really light, and I eat more fruits and veggies. Oh, and I don't eat as many snacks and drink more water as well as watch foods that make me feel bloated has helped tremendously. So, I'm very happy to how much I have lost now.
