This is partially due to me not eating at night and the anxiety and stress that I received this past week due to a family thing. However, it's helped me to realize that the foods that I've been eating aren't as good as I thought they are. So, I'm slowly eating the things that matter and throwing what I thought was good food out the door. So, happy because I'm getting that much closer to my goal!
