Tired due to burning the midnight oil preparing to meet accountant today. Have been eating whatever I fancy of relatively healthy food with the result that I'm way over on carbs again (drat!) but doing okay on the other parameters I've set. Need to evaluate the results BEFORE they go in my mouth. I'm having a hard time learning this particular lesson. Have not exercised yet today due to early appointment 1.5 hours away. Plan to walk the dog when the temperature cools down a little. At last my weight is budging in the downward direction.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
