Had a little bit of a bad day drank a cup of chocolate milk, and had some cheese puffs, not a lot probable about a serving, but oh well I so needed that back on the diet today.

Chocolate milk is actually super healthy, just not on the Atkins plan, lol! It's one of the best things to have after you work out. The cheese puffs, not so much. Just get back to your plan and you will be fine.

Dawn, have you tried the EAS or Atkins shakes? They might help you when you are craving chocolate milk. As far as the cheese puffs, do you like pork rinds. I don't eat them but they might help with wanting something crispy.
