Sat down to write out my menue but thought it would be nice to move a table into the breakfast nook so I could look at it while I worked on the menue to see if I really liked it. Noticed how nasty the ceiling was and wondered if I could vacuumed it, did real nice, but the ceiling light was nasty,of course I had to take it apart an clean it. Kitchen floor got scrubbed (on my hands and knees), cabinets cleaned, blinds cleaned and rugs vacuumed just cause. Then I vacuumed the living room and decided to go ahead and wash the carpet, while I had it all topsy tervey I changed it around which called for moving some furniture from other rooms....I didn't write out my menue and didn't do any exercise today. Husband and I made a nice taco salad for dinner and setting down enjoying the changes I did in the house with a glass of wine, maybe tomorrow I will get it written out....stayed on target with calories and carbs, did 2 points on ww pedometer Goood day!

Hey now, it's awesome you were able to stay within your calorie range. I completely understand what you mean about something drawing you away from writing out the menu. My plan was to try and do a week long menu every Monday evening, 'cause Monday is my weigh in day. But so far, I keep finding something else to take my attention too, and tend to only get the next days menu down instead of the entire weeks. Since you seem to be able to stay within your calorie range without much of a problem, you may be able to focus a little more energy towards making sure you get you workout in. Tomorrows a new day :)
