136.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1820 kcal Fat: 30.23g | Prot: 127.67g | Carb: 272.20g.   Breakfast: espresso coffee, smuckers splnd strawberry spread, buttermilk complete pancake, low fat milk. Lunch: au bon pain multi grain bread, au bon pain honey mustard, au bon pain turkey breast, nonfat plain greek yogurt, Coffee Frappuccino Light (Venti), celery, blueberries. Dinner: pineapple,  uncle ben's brown rice, green pepper, grilled chicken, cherry tomato. Snacks/Other: chocolate chips, frozen yogurt. more...
