Scales show down a bit, but I've been all over these few pound for a couple months now. up one or two, down one or two. its been tiresome. I have not at anything other than meat today, let's see if that kicks me into ketosis. I look at the ketostix everyday. there is a slight change of colour but I don't know, it's so slight. The next 2 days will tell. Oh, I just noticed the entry for red bull. I had looked that up once and it was a lot less but I don't remember the site. Perhaps there are hidden carbs there that are affecting my weight loss, or lack thereof. Okay, the red bull is on hold for now.
