I lost another 2lbs YAY!!

193.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 50.0 lb. Diet followed poorly.

gaining 35.0 lb a week

Keep up the good work, it will fall off as long as you stick to the program the whole time and drink your water. Good luck
