Yay its almost a new week, love new weeks when it means you can start over again, haha story of my life.

Went for a run/walk today for an hour, I figured out a new way to run outside, I will run to a song then walk to a song, etc, so then if I go for an hour I end up running for 30 minutes of it.

I hope to run a 10k later on this year so got to get training again,

I took a look at your diet calendar and your weight loss history and noticed something. Did you notice that you started gaining weight practically the very same day you stopped calorie tracking on here to go on vacation? Maybe it would help to count calories again? Because I feel like from your posts, you were feeling pretty good and happy, then you went on vacation and started gaining some weight, then you started feeling upset/stressed/out of whack or whatever you want to call it. Hope I'm not being to nosy! Love your running idea.

No Kate thanks for checking in, its the people on here that kept me motivated, and I am one of those people that often needs a good hard kick in the butt to keep me motivated!! :-)
