Finding low carbing difficult now as have followed it since June this year. I've lost two stone though so pleased with that. Now looking for another diet to follow for a while!
252.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week

Just curious why you would leave a diet after losing two stone?

When you switch from low carb to a higher carb diet, you need to add carbs back in slowly or you can end up gaining a bunch of weight. Your body has to get used to the carbs again. It is one of the downfalls of low carbing. It comes off fast, but can come back on super fast too.
